JSE-listed Wesizwe Platinum has informed shareholders that it will publish its interim financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2025, between March 15 and March 31, to allow for additional management review and the completion of outstanding close-out processes.

The company also re-audited its 2024 full-year results to address independent auditors’ disclaimers and to facilitate the lifting of the suspension of trading in the company’s shares.

In turn, Wesizwe will publish its results for the full 2025 financial year ended December 31, 2025, by no later than April 30.

The company has been struggling to get its Bakubung platinum mine, in the North West, up and running amid labour unrest and operational challenges and was, more recently, negatively impacted on by a cybersecurity incident.
