TSX-V-listed gold and silver producer and development company Artemis Gold produced 69 546 oz of gold during the third quarter of 2026.

This is an increase on the 60 985 oz produced in the corresponding quarter last year.

"We achieved strong operating and financial results in the third quarter, with mill throughput higher by 10% compared with the previous quarter,” said Artemis Gold CEO Dale Andres.

“The Blackwater mine produced 69 546 oz of gold in the third quarter of 2026. Gold recoveries in the mill were 89.8% in the quarter, up from 84.9% in the third quarter of 2025, as a result of process optimisation of the milling circuit and improved ore characteristics as mining has advanced deeper into the deposit.”

In its operating results for the three months to September 30, the group reported an increase in gold sales from 62 863 oz in the third quarter of 2025 to 67 091 oz, comprising 38 900 oz sold into the spot market, 5 365 oz delivered into the gold stream, 15 826 oz into the mandatory hedge programme and the final 7 000 oz delivered into the discretionary hedge programme.

The increase in ounces sold was attributable to the increased production in the quarter under review.

Gold sold into the spot market attracted an average realised price of $4 305/oz, up from $3 489/oz in the three months to September 30, 2025.

Artemis Gold further reported cash costs of $871/oz of gold sold during the third quarter of 2026, from $661/oz in the third quarter of 2025, and all-in sustaining costs (AISC) of $1 048/oz, an increase from $840/oz, mostly owing to higher contractor and reagent costs as part of the mill circuit optimisation programme to achieve higher recoveries, higher diesel prices and higher lease payments associated with the planned expansion of the mining fleet.

During the third quarter of 2026, Artemis Gold generated revenue of $357.1-million, 16% higher than the $308.1-million of revenue in the third quarter of 2025.

Meanwhile, the company’s adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation increased from $211.39-million in the corresponding prior quarter to $222-million and adjusted net income of $157.7-million, an increase from $141.7-million during the same period.

Total capital expenditure for the third quarter of 2026 amounted to $194.3-million, an increase on the $88.9-million in the third quarter of 2025.

Artimis Gold maintained its full-year 2026 guidance of 265 000 oz of gold produced at an AISC of between $925/oz and $1 025/oz.
