Harena Rare Earths

Harena Rare Earths is a mining company focused on the exploration and development of rare-earth elements in Madagascar. The company's principal asset is the Ampasindava rare-earths project, located in the north-western region of Madagascar. Rare-earth elements are a group of 17 chemically similar metallic elements that are critical to modern technologies, including electric vehicles, wind turbines, consumer electronics and defence applications. Harena Rare Earths is working to advance the Ampasindava project through exploration, resource definition and feasibility studies with the aim of bringing the deposit into production. The company has engaged financial advisers and brokers including Marex, SP Angel Corporate Finance and Winterflood Securities to support its corporate and financing activities. Madagascar hosts several rare-earth deposits and has attracted exploration interest due to its geological prospectivity for these strategic minerals. Harena Rare Earths is led by Jack Allardyce and is positioning itself to capitalise on growing global demand for rare-earth elements driven by the energy transition and technological advancement. The company's development activities are focused on establishing the technical and economic viability of the Ampasindava project.
