Energy Fuels

Energy Fuels is a US-based mining and processing company focused on critical minerals, particularly uranium and rare-earth elements. The company is headquartered in Colorado and operates production facilities and mineral properties across the western United States, including in Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. Energy Fuels owns and operates the White Mesa Mill in Utah, the only conventional uranium mill currently operating in the US, which also processes rare-earth concentrates. The company has positioned itself as a domestic supplier of materials essential to national security and clean energy, including uranium for nuclear power and rare earths used in defence applications, electric vehicles and renewable energy technologies. Energy Fuels has expanded its portfolio beyond uranium to include rare earths, vanadium and other critical minerals in response to US government efforts to reduce dependence on foreign supply chains, particularly from China. The company maintains a significant land position with uranium and rare-earth projects and has received contracts and support from US government agencies seeking to secure domestic sources of strategic materials. Energy Fuels is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company was formed through the 2012 merger of Energy Fuels Inc and Denison Mines' US uranium assets, building on decades of uranium mining history in the Colorado Plateau region.
