TSX-V-listed Tsodilo Resources has announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds to the company of C$900 000 on March 18 through the issuance of 4.5-million units of securities of the company at a subscription price of C$0.20 a unit.

The proceeds from the placement will be used to advance the company’s Xaudum Iron Formation critical minerals and rare earth elements project, in Botswana, and for general corporate purposes and working capital.

Each unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the company and one common share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to buy one common share for a period of five years from the date of issuance at an exercise price of $0.20.
