Canada- and Frankfurt-listed Global Uranium Corporation has proposed a consolidation of its common shares on a ten-to-one basis on the CSE.

The company has about 59.1-million common shares outstanding and, if completed, the proposed consolidation will reduce the issued and outstanding common shares to about 5.9-million common shares.

Global Uranium is developing uranium assets in North America, currently holding key uranium projects such as Astro in the eastern Athabasca Basin region of Saskatchewan and the Airline project in Wyoming, in the US.
