Pilot Crushtec International says its compact, entry-level DynamiTrac XS200 Xtreme mobile scalping screen is designed for smaller operations, contractors and emerging operators that require flexible screening without the scale or cost of larger plants.

The company notes that the crusher’s compact design allows it to fit into a standard container for easy transport, making it ideal for sites requiring fast deployment, and simple and agile operation. This makes it particularly attractive for operations across Africa where transport logistics, site accessibility and rapid deployment are critical considerations.

“The DynamiTrac XS200 was designed for operators who need mobility, simplicity and reliable performance in a compact package,” says Pilot Crushtec director: technical support Jorge Abelho. “Not every operation requires large, high-output equipment. Many smaller sites need a machine that can move quickly, screen efficiently and be deployed without major infrastructure or transport costs.”

Its mobile design allows the unit to be positioned close to the working face, reducing haul distances and improving material flow while supporting faster setup and relocation as production demands change.

The machine is engineered for effective scalping and classification of run-of-mine, blasted and recycled material, helping remove oversize and fines early in the process. This helps improve downstream crushing efficiency, protects capital equipment and supports a more efficient overall plant layout.

The unit can be fitted with different screening media depending on the application, allowing operators to tailor performance for varying feed materials and final product requirements across quarrying, aggregates, construction and recycling environments.

“With the DynamiTrac XS200, Pilot Crushtec continues to deliver fit-for-purpose equipment designed around real operational needs, and this particular machine offers smaller operations a practical, mobile and highly transportable solution built for performance and flexibility,” Abelho concludes.
