Name of the Project
Black Pine oxide gold project.

Location
Cassia and Oneida counties, southern Idaho, US.

Project Owner/s
US-focused mineral exploration and development company Liberty Gold Corp.

Project Description
The feasibility study proposes a conventional openpit, run-of-mine heap-leach operation producing gold and silver doré.

Ore will be truck-stacked on a phased heap-leach facility without crushing, screening or agglomeration, followed by cyanide leaching and processing through an adsorption, desorption and recovery plant.

The probable mineral reserve comprises 433.3-million tonnes grading 0.29 g/t gold and containing 4.04-million ounces. The 16-year operation is expected to produce 2.84-million payable ounces, averaging 202 000 oz/y during the first five years and 176 700 oz/y over the life-of-mine (LoM).

Average LoM throughput is estimated at 74 200 t/d, with an average gold recovery of 70.2%.

The site has road access, up to 9.9 MW of grid power and sufficient secured water rights for the project.

Potential Job Creation
About 300 long-term jobs.

Net Present Value/Internal Rate of Return
At a base-case gold price of $3 250/oz, the feasibility study estimates pretax net present value, at a 5% discount rate, of $2.93-billion and an internal rate of return of 63.7%, with an after-tax payback of about two years.

Capital Expenditure
Initial capital is estimated at $411.4-million.

Planned Start/End Date
A construction decision is targeted for late 2027 and first gold in 2028, subject to permitting and formal approvals.

Latest Developments
Detailed engineering, procurement, financing and execution-readiness work is under way. The final record of decision is expected in January 2028.

Key Contracts, Suppliers and Consultants
