TSX-listed VanadiumCorp Resource has received approval from the TSX-V to settle $222 500 of debt through the issuance of about 1.4-million common shares at a deemed price of $0.15 a share to Canadian mining consultant CAUR Technologies.

The debt settlement relates to a geophysical services agreement signed in October 2024 between VanadiumCorp and CAUR Technologies for the advancement of the geological modelling of VanadiumCorp’s Lac Doré vanadium project flagship asset, in Québec, Canada.
