ASX-listed Perseus Mining’s 80%-owned Nyanzaga gold project, in Tanzania, continues its push towards first gold production in the first quarter of the 2027 calendar year.

Four out of the seven carbon-in-leach tanks are now at full height, while the mill installation original-equipment manufacturer has mobilised and started mill installation activities.

The camp administration has been completed.

The project comprises two discrete but adjacent deposits, Nyanzaga and Kilimani.

In February, Perseus completed a revised ore reserve estimate, which now sits at 90.9-million tonnes at 1.38 g/t gold for four-million ounces of gold.
