Eurodia Industrie secures €18m investment to scale DLE tech
Industrial liquid purification processes company Eurodia Industrie has secured an €18-million minority investment from venture capital firm Starquest Capital and private equity firm Yotta Capital Partners to support its rapid growth and the scale-up of its industrial projects.
Eurodia aims to accelerate its international development and continue deploying industrial solutions that contribute to a leaner, higher-performing and more circular industry.
The company combines a range of technologies for its solutions, such as electrodialysis including bipolar electrodialysis, chromatography, adsorption - notably for direct lithium extraction (DLE) processes - ion-exchange resins and membrane filtration.
Its solutions are used in industrial processes including DLE, as well as lithium refining and recycling. It also designs electrifying chemical processes that have historically relied on fossil fuels to support decarbonisation.
Eurodia also creates solutions to recover mineral co-products, which improves resource-efficiency and reduces water, energy and chemical reagent use.
Similarly, it develops technologies needed for CO₂ capture and processes for biobased chemistry.
“The growing number and scale of projects in this sector confirm the market's strong momentum and fuel our ambition. This partnership will support our rapid growth while maintaining the excellence, innovation and professional approach that have earned Eurodia its reputation with clients over many years,” says Eurodia Industrie president Mathieu Bailly.
Driven by the growing number and scale of its industrial projects, Eurodia’s revenue rose to €80-million in 2025 from €34-million in 2023, which confirms the strength of its value proposition in fast-accelerating industrial markets, and the capacity of its teams to deliver ever more ambitious projects, the company says.
With more than 450 industrial installations deployed across over 50 countries, and 80% of its revenue generated internationally, Eurodia is now entering a new stage in its development.
“Eurodia has proven the value of its high-tech solutions in tackling key industrial decarbonisation challenges, thereby demonstrating excellent project execution on a large scale, such as the DLE deployment at the Salar del Rincón with Rio Tinto.
“This partnership also illustrates how French technology can secure access to critical materials for the energy transition,” Starquest Capital investment director Mathilde Andrier.
“Eurodia has achieved remarkable growth and is now scaling up in deep, rapidly accelerating markets, offering solutions that directly contribute to the decarbonisation and transformation of industry. Our goal is to support Eurodia's teams through this next phase by leveraging our experience in scaling innovative industrial businesses,” says Yotta Capital Partners managing partner Vincent Deltrieu.
