CNG Holdings Supports Reatile Foundation Trust and Smile Foundation Initiative
CNG Holdings supports the Reatile Foundation Trust's partnership with the Smile Foundation, which provides specialised paediatric burn care, reconstructive surgery, laser scar treatments, and psychosocial support to children requiring specialist medical intervention.
On Friday, 31 July 2026, Josua le Roux, Chief Executive Officer of CNG Holdings, visited the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital to observe one of the sponsored laser treatment days and gain first-hand insight into the programme. During the visit, he met with young patients and their families, engaged with the specialist medical team, and spent time with representatives from the Smile Foundation.
The partnership between the Reatile Foundation Trust and the Smile Foundation provides children with access to specialised laser procedures that assist in reducing burn scar discomfort, improving mobility, and supporting long-term rehabilitation. The programme also incorporates psychosocial support for children and their families throughout the recovery process.
"CNG Holdings is proud to support initiatives that make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. Visiting the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital and seeing the dedication of the medical professionals and the Smile Foundation team, as well as meeting the children and their families, reinforced the importance of partnerships that improve access to specialised healthcare," says Josua le Roux, Chief Executive Officer of CNG Holdings.
Through its support of the Reatile Foundation Trust, CNG Holdings contributes to initiatives that improve access to specialised healthcare while reinforcing its commitment to responsible corporate citizenship and sustainable community development.
