Consultancy Frost & Sullivan has named LGMG the world's leading seller of off-highway mechanical drive wide-body dump trucks for a tenth consecutive year.

Frost & Sullivan finds in a 2026 independent market research report on self-unloading dump trucks that there are 15 to 20 relevant enterprises in this industry globally, with the market presenting a highly concentrated competitive landscape.

"This milestone certification signifies that Chinese mining equipment manufacturers continue to lead in the global premium market. It further validates LGMG's deep accumulation in technological innovation, product quality and global expansion," LGMG says.

Currently, the global off-highway mechanical drive wide-body dump truck industry is undergoing profound transformation, the company explains.

"With increasing global requirements for green and low-carbon development, new-energy wide-body dump trucks are gradually becoming the industry's direction. Autonomous driving, remote control, intelligent dispatching, and other technologies are being rapidly implemented in mine transport. Other leading Chinese companies supplying these trucks are TONLY, CXMG and SANY while international suppliers include Komatsu and Caterpillar.
