Mechanical engineering firm Brimis Engineering Pty Ltd has been appointed as the sole authorized agent for the SchuF Group in South Africa. Under the agreement, Brimis is entrusted with promoting, distributing and supporting products manufactured by the SchuF/SNRI Group within the South African market.

The representation covers the complete portfolio of SchuF Group brands, which encompasses SchuF, as well as Fetterolf, SNRI and La TechnoValvo.

The SchuF Group is the world-wide accepted market leader for specialty valves for severe service applications for industries operating in demanding conditions. The portfolio introduces highly specialized fluid control technologies to the local market to address specific high-severity plant conditions. The offering includes SchuF’s custom-engineered severe service control, diverter, and sampling valves for dead-space-free drainage and abrasive slurry handling; Fetterolf’s absolute shut-off solutions and line blind valves utilized heavily in the petrochemical sector; SNRI’s high-performance isolation and safety valves engineered for critical power generation and cryogenic applications; and La TechnoValvo’s customized industrial flow control solutions.

SchuF Group products have a significant installed base across South Africa’s heavy industries, including power generation, petrochemical, chemical and refining. This partnership is structured to enhance local access and availability of new products and spare parts, while strengthening aftermarket support for existing and new installations.
