Boyden, a premier global leadership and talent advisory firm, has today announced a partnership in Africa with South African firm Tuesday Consulting, a leading executive search and advisory firm helping clients drive growth through sustainable human capital resourcing practices. The partnership will be led by seasoned industry executives Wendy Spalding and Tsholofelo Nketane, along with a team of nine professionals from Tuesday Consulting.
“We are thrilled to be working with the Boyden team,” said Tuesday Consulting Managing Partner, Wendy Spalding. “The firm’s deep industry knowledge and proven expertise complement our strategic positioning in the market, making them a strong partner for us as we look to broaden our reach within the local market in South Africa.”
This partnership will bring Boyden and Tuesday Consulting’s clients a powerful combination of global resources and specialised expertise. Both firms have proven track records of placing transformational executives in key leadership roles that drive client growth, supported by strong reputations and deep relationships within their local markets.
“Partnering with Tuesday Consulting represents an important step in strengthening our firm’s footprint in this critical market,” said Magdy El Zein, Managing Partner, Boyden Middle East & North Africa, who architected the partnership. “With the addition of South Africa, Boyden now has a physical presence in three markets across the continent – North Africa, East Africa and South Africa – creating a more holistic and regional presence. This is a larger initiative we’ve been working towards for some time to provide leadership and talent advisory services across the continent.”
The partnership with Tuesday Consulting marks Boyden’s return to the South African market, building on its longstanding presence in the country prior to 2024.
