Tungsten West adds remuneration chair, nonexec director to board
Aim-listed Tungsten West has appointed Katherine Callaghan nonexecutive director and chairperson of the remuneration committee effective immediately.
During her executive career, she has led large-scale organisational transformation, succession planning and senior executive recruitment, while supporting mergers and acquisitions, business integration and remuneration engagements at board level.
Callaghan is currently also a nonexecutive director and chair of the remuneration committee of both High Value Manufacturing and RLC Aerospace. She previously worked in these same two positions at Aim-listed Epwin Group.
Her executive roles include group human resources director positions at Rotork and Dyson, respectively.
