Troilus, E3 Lithium included in inaugural Canada Investment Summit Prospectus
Canadian miners Troilus Mining Corporation and E3 Lithium have advised that their Troilus gold/copper and Clearwater lithium projects, respectively, have been selected for inclusion in the inaugural Canada Investment Summit Prospectus.
The summit, which will be hosted in Toronto on September 14 and 15, is a first-of-its-kind national investment forum initiated by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investments and Public Section Pension Investments.
The summit will bring together leading global investors, Canadian CEOs and public sector representatives as part of the Canadian government's broader effort to mobilise long-term capital into strategic Canadian industries and assets.
Carney has confirmed that investors participating in the summit collectively manage more than $100-trillion in assets, which underscores the scale of the global investment audience being convened in Canada.
For Troilus, inclusion in the summit prospectus provides its project with direct visibility among a significant global investment audience at a pivotal stage of its development.
The prospectus includes information on selected Canadian investment opportunities and contact details enabling interested investors to engage directly with the project proponents during or after the summit.
TSX-V-listed E3 Lithium's Clearwater project hosts one of North America's largest lithium resource endowments.
E3 has established a strategic advisory group comprising Chris Slubicki, Mike Dixon and Kyle Rousay to support the executive team with counsel on capital allocation, project financing, strategic partnerships and offtake, transaction execution, process design decisions, readiness for construction and technology scale-up.
Slubicki is the founder and former president, CEO and director of oil producer Modern Resources, while Dixon founded a clean technology company called Synauta. Rousay founded Cedar & Stone Advisory and previously worked as general counsel for Rio Tinto's copper business.
