Bale-out furnaces are essential in foundries and metalworking industries, such as automotive, electronics and jewellery, owing to their high efficiency, precise temperature control and robust construction, says furnace solutions company Ultrafurn.

Technical Specifications
Ultrafurn’s bale-out furnaces, which can reach temperatures up to 1 320 °C, are equipped with “high-quality” heating components for uniform heating, including Kanthal A-1 or SiC rods, which are arranged to ensure even heat distribution.
They also have advanced digital proportional integral derivative controllers to regulate the furnace temperature. These controllers allow for easy monitoring and adjustment of the temperature settings, while the multi-layer insulation helps to minimise heat loss and maintain low external wall temperatures. This insulation is made from materials that are durable and energy efficient.
Further, Ultrafurn’s bale-out furnaces are available in both electrically-heated and gas-fired versions, depending on the specific application requirements and the available infrastructure.
