Deep Sea Minerals appoints new CFO, announces intension to list in US
Canada- and Frankfurt-listed Deep Sea Minerals has appointed Raj Matthew CFO effective immediately.
He brings to the seabed mineral exploration and development company more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, including as CFO of networking hardware company Asante Technologies.
Matthew is currently also the audit committee chairperson of Nasdaq-listed K2 Capital Acquisition Corporation where he oversees financial reporting, international controls and securities compliance.
Matthew succeeds Steven Nguyen, who will transition to finance VP and continue to work as a director of the company.
Meanwhile, Deep Sea Minerals earlier this week filed a preliminary prospectus supplement for a public offering in the US to support a planned listing of its American depository shares on a US national securities exchange.
