Commodities trader Gunvor said on Friday it had rebranded as Centalion and planned to redomicile to Singapore from Cyprus, marking the latest step in the group's evolution following a management buyout completed in December 2025.

The company said Singapore's legal framework, trading infrastructure and international business environment supported the move, while its main trading operations would continue to be run from hubs including Geneva, Houston and Singapore.

The rebranding reflected its expansion beyond oil trading into natural gas, LNG, power, biofuels, carbon credits, metals and minerals, alongside investments in energy-related infrastructure, it said.

The rollout of the new identity across the company's subsidiaries, trading offices, and other locations worldwide will take place over the coming months, it added.
