Frontier Lithium

Frontier Lithium is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on lithium projects in Ontario. The company is headquartered in Canada and operates primarily in the province of Ontario, where it is advancing lithium deposits intended to supply the growing battery and electric vehicle markets. Its flagship asset is the PAK Lithium Mine project, located in the Red Lake and Thunder Bay mining districts of north-western Ontario. The project sits on traditional territories and the company engages with local First Nations communities, including Deer Lake First Nation and Sandy Lake First Nation, as part of its development process. Frontier Lithium's strategy centres on developing high-grade lithium resources to serve North American and global supply chains for lithium-ion batteries. The company has attracted partnerships and technical support from established industrial players, including Mitsubishi and engineering firms such as Fluor and SLR, to advance feasibility studies and project engineering. Frontier Lithium is positioned within Canada's emerging domestic lithium sector, which aims to reduce reliance on offshore lithium supply and support the transition to electrified transport. The company's leadership includes executives such as Trevor Walker, who guide its exploration, permitting and financing activities. Frontier Lithium was established to capitalise on Ontario's lithium endowment and has progressed its projects through exploration, resource definition and pre-feasibility stages.
