Zhoajin extends Tietto takeover period

Chinese group Zhaojin Capital has extended the offer period under its takeover bid for Tietto Minerals to March 8.

Zhaojin in October made an A$0.58-a-share offer for the West Africa-focused gold miner.

Tietto has continuously rejected the offer.
