Wood will be moving into Waterfall’s Corporate Campus, a secure 35 000m² office park located on the corner of Waterfall and Letaba Drives. As with all Waterfall developments, Corporate Campus prioritises sustainability and green design, incorporating elements such as a state‐of‐the‐art water and irrigation system, innovative Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) condensers, pedestrian walkways, and shaded canted roofs.

The office park comprises seven buildings of around 5 500m² each and provides a collection of shared communal facilities such as conference halls, restaurants, and green spaces.

Wood’s interior design firm, Interiors for Change, helped craft an innovative space that has longevity and is tailored to Wood’s specific needs. The design enables those working from the office to move between silent and social spaces with relative ease, empowering employees to work in areas that best optimise their productivity.
