As South Africa celebrates Women's Month, CNG Holdings proudly recognises the valuable contribution women make across the organisation and the important role they play in shaping the future of the energy industry.

The energy industry has long been recognised as one of the sectors where technical and field-based roles have traditionally been performed by men. While that landscape continues to evolve, CNG Holdings is proud to see more women building successful careers across a diverse range of disciplines, demonstrating that opportunity and success are defined by talent, commitment and professionalism.

Today, women contribute across every major business function within CNG Holdings, including executive support, finance, human resources, sales, operations, technical services and compliance. Their expertise strengthens the business through leadership, operational excellence, customer service and continuous improvement.

One of the most encouraging developments has been the increasing presence of women in technical and operational positions, roles that have historically seen limited female representation. From technicians working in the field to distribution operations, technical compliance and sales engineering, women are contributing their knowledge, skills and determination to support the continued growth of the organisation.

"Women's Month gives us an opportunity to recognise the professionalism, expertise and commitment of the women who contribute to our business every day. It is especially encouraging to see more women choosing careers in technical and operational disciplines within the energy industry. At CNG Holdings, we believe opportunity should be based on ability, dedication and a willingness to grow and learn. We remain committed to creating an environment where every employee has the opportunity to participate, develop and grow and ultimately succeed in their careers," says Josua le Roux, Chief Executive Officer of CNG Holdings.

At CNG Holdings, inclusion is supported by the company's core values of Respect & Dignity, Accountability, Integrity, Transparency and Entrepreneurial Spirit. By fostering a workplace where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and pursue opportunities across all disciplines, the company continues to build a capable and diverse workforce prepared to meet the evolving needs of the business.

As the company continues to grow, CNG Holdings remains committed to investing in its people and creating opportunities for individuals to build rewarding careers. This Women's Month, the company celebrates the women whose knowledge, dedication and determination continue to strengthen the organisation and inspire the next generation of professionals considering careers in the energy industry.
