The order book for Werner Pump’s high-pressure jetting equipment has kick-started production at the company’s Springs factory for 2020. The company has received orders for several of its 100% locally manufactured Werner combination jetting and vacuum units. One unit has already been completed, whilst two are in production and the remaining units are scheduled to be completed by mid-year.

“We have been able to increase our production output thanks to the recent expansion of our workshop,” says Sebastian Werner, MD at Werner Pumps. “Our ability to manufacture high-quality, effective combination jetting and vacuum units and deliver on schedule is a factor that sets Werner Pumps aside from other suppliers.

More than that, if there are unexpected delays, we are now offering the use of a rental unit to bridge any gap in order to remove any inconvenience to our customers. Our combi-units are 100% locally manufactured and are tailored specifically to customer requirements, within their proposed budget.”

All the units are for private contractors, who supply sewerage services to local municipalities. The total value of the orders is in excess of R30 million.

Werner is also busy with a vacuum truck unit for another contractor servicing construction sites and power stations.
