Black women-owned project, engineering and procurement management business Tshepa Basadi, meaning “Trust Women” in Setswana, was founded by its female leadership team in 2017 in the Hotazel region in the Kalahari. The company’s vision is to change the status quo by being a niche, female-led mining project management and technical services consulting firm. It strives to provide exceptional professional services to its clients by enabling them to meet their portfolio demands.

Tshepa Basadi’s services include project management, including establishing and managing a project management office as well as providing project and construction management resources. 

It will assist with operational readiness such as the development of end state operational readiness requirements and project planning including project scheduling, schedule auditing and maintenance and shutdown planning. 

It also offers risk management and engineering concept and detailed designs, among others.
