The South African Capital Equipment Export Council (SACEEC) will host its annual Golf Day on 22 October 2026 at ERPM Golf Club, bringing together members, suppliers and industry stakeholders for a day of networking and business relationship building.

The event will begin with registration from 09:30, followed by a shotgun start at 11:30. Participants will enjoy halfway-house refreshments before concluding the day with a prize-giving dinner and networking function.

In addition to the golfing competition, the event provides companies with a platform to showcase their products and services through a range of sponsorship opportunities designed to maximise brand visibility and facilitate direct engagement with delegates.

Hole sponsorships allow companies to interact with golfers throughout the day while promoting their brands through course signage, promotional displays and refreshments. Additional sponsorship packages are available for the welcome and registration area, halfway house, putting green, prize-giving dinner and prominent display areas around the clubhouse, enabling organisations to tailor their participation according to their marketing objectives.

Sponsors will also benefit from branding opportunities during the prize-giving dinner, promotional displays, networking sessions and product demonstrations, while several prize sponsorship categories remain available, including nearest-to-the-pin, longest-drive and overall competition prizes.

According to SACEEC, the golf day has become an important annual networking event, creating an informal environment in which members and industry partners can strengthen existing relationships while establishing new business connections.

Companies unable to participate as golfers can still become involved by sponsoring promotional items for the goody bags, including golf accessories, refreshments and branded merchandise, or by contributing prizes for the day's competitions.

Four-ball entries and sponsorship packages are currently available, with organisers encouraging companies to secure their participation ahead of the event as preparations gather pace.
