Project Description
The Riley DSO project is located 10 km from the Mt Lindsay tin/tungsten deposit and consists of a surface deposit of pisolitic hematite and unconsolidated and cemented lateritic gravel to an average depth of 3 m. The total available resource is estimated at 2.3-million tonnes.

The proposed project involves the extraction, crushing and screening of an estimated two-million tonnes of hematite ore at a rate of up to 1.3-million tonnes a year of product from mining lease 5M/2012.

Product will be trucked to the Bastyan rail siding along the Pieman road for transport by rail to Burnie. The mine and product haulage to the Bastyan siding will operate 24 hours a day.
