Name and Location
Randu Kuning gold/copper deposit, Central Java, Indonesia.

Client
Augur Resources.

Project Description
Randu Kunning has a Joint Ore Reserves committee-compliant resource estimated at 90.9-million tonnes at 0.35 g/t of gold and 0.10% of copper.

A scoping study completed on the project has indicated the potential for an economic deposit driven by a low stripping ratio, good metallurgical recoveries and excellent access to infrastructure, providing an opportunity to generate a substantial cash flow for a relatively low capital outlay.

The study envisages an opencut mine delivering about nine years of production at 1.74-million tonnes to two-million tonnes a year at 0.61 g/t gold and 0.16% of copper.

The material will be treated by flotation to produce a gold/copper concentrate.

The Randu Kuning deposit remains open at depth and to the east, south and west, with significant opportunity to expand the current resource and test other regional targets.

Value
The project will cost an estimated $56-million to build a second-hand plant and associated infrastructure.

Duration
Not stated.

Latest Developments
Based on the results of the positive scoping study, Augur plans to continue its exploration activities on Wonogiri to define further economic mineralisation at Randu Kuning and the surrounding epithermal targets.

Augur has started an active exploration and drill programme targeting the extension of the known mineralisation and more regional areas.
