TSX-V-listed Consolidated Uranium has obtained a final order from the Ontario Superior Court approving the previously announced spinout of Premier American Uranium (PUR).

This follows the general special meeting of shareholders held in early August, where the spinout was overwhelmingly approved by 99% of the votes cast by shareholders.

The meeting also approved the reappointment of each of the director nominees, namely Philip Williams, Anthony Milewski, Mark Raguz, John Jentz and Mark Chalmers.

In May, Consolidated announced the proposed spinout of PUR, which holds eight Department of Energy leases and certain patented claims in Colorado, US.
