Company Announcement - NWK Limited has once again been certified as a top employer on 1 October of this year, after the agricultural services group from Lichtenburg in North West also earned this achievement in 2015. NWK is one out of 1 000 companies on the African continent and only one of 77 South African companies to attain the independent Top Employers Institute’s seal of approval as a certified top employer who proudly carries this exclusive certification seal for 12 months.

The survey, which is conducted annually, closely evaluates employee conditions of participating employers. Certification is awarded when employee benefits and environments exceed the survey’s required certification cut-off points in all measured criteria. Close to 600 human resource processes and practises and the consistency in which they are applied, were evaluated. NWK submitted proof of its performance, which was followed by an audit.

“The Top Employer seal is not only a recognisable symbol of our successful employee environment over the past twelve months, but also of our commitment to optimise, develop and work with our capable team of employees to become an even better employer. This research has verified NWK’s employee conditions and earned us a coveted spot among a select group of certified top employers,” Danie Marais, managing director of NWK said.
