In April this year, global water technology company Xylem unveiled its new interactive dewatering Web platform.

The new website brings Xylem’s dewatering product brands, manufacturer of pumps Flygt and pumps manufacturer and service provider Godwin together on one comprehensive Web platform, delivering product content and tools to enable quick access to Xylem’s rental services and expertise.

Designed in close consultation with customers across the construction, mining, municipal and industrial segments, the new platform aims to improve customers’ online experience with Xylem.

The site offers significant new content, including product, service, parts and application information to streamline customers’ research and decision-making.

It also features advanced functionality including blogs, a robust site search and mobile compatibility for easy access in the field. Reflecting Xylem’s global footprint, the site provides country-relevant content based on where the customer is located.

“We’ve listened closely to our customers and built our new website based on their needs and with their user experience firmly in mind,” said Xylem dewatering business senior VP and president Colin Sabol.

Based on Xylem customers’ needs and user experience, the site represents the company’s broad range of products and expertise in solving complex challenges.

For example, Xylem’s new ‘Pump Finder’ tool allows customers to quickly narrow their search to the most appropriate products for specific applications.

“Customers can also find information on our floodwater drainage to slurry pumping capabilities, as well as the benefits of the company’s rental solutions,” Sabol says.

He adds: “We know that our customers want an informative self-serve environment to research and explore their options.”

Additionally, the new online dewatering hub features case studies, White Papers, ‘how to’ videos and manuals to provide customers with an array of engaging reference information relevant to their industry and application.
