JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – JSE-listed Miranda Minerals has appointed Theo Botoulas as its new CEO.

“Botoulas has been appointed as CEO with the specific mandate to restructure and refocus the company and to create for it a sustainable future in the minerals space,” Miranda chairperson Dr Lelau Mohuba said in a statement on Friday.

He added that while the company has experienced a period of inactivity, it continues to offer a foundation for the identification and acquisition of projects that will add value for current and future shareholders and stakeholders.

“I look forward to working with Botoulas and he will have my full support in executing this mandate.”
