Name of the Project
Mulgine tungsten/molybdenum project.

Location
Murchison region, Western Australia.

Project Owner/s
Australian tungsten developer Tungsten Mining (TGN).

Project Description
Mt Mulgine hosts one of the largest undeveloped tungsten and molybdenum inventories in the world.

A scoping study has positioned the project as a potential long-term, low-cost producer of tungsten and molybdenum, with additional copper, gold and silver by-products.

The project will involve the development of a greenfield mine and processing operation to produce tungsten and molybdenum concentrates as its primary products, together with a copper/gold/silver concentrate.

Yearly production is estimated at 4 500 t of tungsten and 1 200 t/y of molybdenum over a 23-year life-of-mine. The operation will have a throughput of six-million tonnes a year, scalable to 15-million tonnes a year.

The scoping study proposes conventional openpit mining and a conventional flowsheet, including gravity concentration and flotation to produce tungsten, molybdenum and copper/gold/silver concentrates.

With the project’s large indicated mineral resource estimate base of 175-million tonnes supporting long-term production, significant scope exists to expand the resource estimate and extend the project’s life-of-mine.

Potential Job Creation
Not disclosed.

Net Present Value/Internal Rate of Return
The scoping study estimates a pretax net present value of between A$1-billion and A$1.4-billion and an internal rate of return of about 30% to 45%.

Capital Expenditure
Startup capital is estimated at between A$358-million and A$495-million.

Planned Start/End Date
The scoping study has allowed for the immediate start of the prefeasibility study (PFS), targeted for completion in the second quarter of 2026.

Pending positive PFS outcomes, TGN will target definitive feasibility study completion in the second half of 2027.
