MiningTech South America www.miningtechsouthamerica.com, a global technology focused mining conference and exhibition connecting technology firms, miners and investors will be returning to Santiago, Chile from 15 - 16 April 2019 following a successful debut in 2018

Key highlights from the 2018 edition and attendee feedback

MiningTech South America is part of the global MiningTech Conference Series that spans 3 locations across Latin America, Africa and Australia. Chile is the only stop in South America and the 2018 event was attended by over 150 attendees from the Latin America region and beyond, including technology and innovation representatives from majors such as Codelco, Rio Tinto, Barrick Gold, Vale and so on.

A wide array of topics were discussed at the conference, ranging from robotics, automation, radio communications, drone technology, IT security, IoT and supply chain. A diverse range of services and products were showcased at the exhibition area such as video surveillance security, eye tracking software solutions, geological modelling software and integrated technologies for drilling processes.
