The deadline for abstract submission is 18 September 2023

This should be in the form of an Abstract defining your topic (+- 100 to 200   words). Please state 2 – 3 takeaways that people will get from your presentation.

The final  presentation submission must be submitted by 09 October 2023 (+/- 500 to 1000-word detailed Paper) – please include short biography and  picture (head & shoulders 300dpi)     

All submissions will be considered by the MESA Africa Executive Committee and rated  against the theme content and relevance.

Authors will receive notification indicating whether Abstract was accepted/declined by end September 2023

Successful authors will then be advised of presentation date and time for their presentation. The presentation should be completed in 20 minutes with an additional 5 mins or Q & A.  In the two weeks leading up to the event all presenters will have a virtual meeting / dry run and Q&A with the hosts to enable any technical and presentation issues are addressed.  This is to ensure we provide an excellent event to international standards.

All bone-fide speakers may attend the event on a complimentary basis (T&Cs apply)
