Company Announcement - Maverick Technologies received a Great Rated! notification from the Great Place to Work Institute based on an anonymous survey of its employees. Great Rated! companies are given ratings in six areas based on current employees’ feedback on an anonymous survey.  These areas rate the quality of the company’s challenges, atmosphere, rewards, pride, communication and bosses. Maverick employees rated these categories 94% for rewards, 99% for pride, and 97% for challenges, atmosphere, communication and bosses. This review is based on 243 employee surveys, with a 95% of confidence level and a margin of error of ± 3.90.

The company has approximately 394 employees in the United States, where it operates 19 locations. The majority of employees (94 percent) say they carry a lot of responsibility in the organization, and most (93 percent) also say that managers trust them to carry out these responsibilities without micromanaging them. For many employees (89 percent), their work at Maverick is more than just a job: the chance to work in a flexible environment with a team committed to high standards and getting the job done together provides special meaning.
