Latest storage innovations on display at EMA 2026

VERSATILE OFFERING Visitors to the Krost stand will be able to explore a comprehensive range of locally manufactured storage solutions, including: heavy-duty pallet racking systems; shuttle racking; boltless shelving; wire mesh decking; and warehouse safety accessories, besides others
As one of Africa’s leading manu-facturers and suppliers of industrial storage solutions, Krost has built a reputation for designing, producing and installing high-quality storage systems for the mining, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing and retail sectors.
The new Longspan range provides an efficient storage solution for a variety of applications, including warehouses, distribution centres, retail stores, workshops, manufacturing facilities, storerooms, offices, archives, e-commerce operations, garages and residential storage spaces.
The modular system is engineered to maximise available space while offering safe, organised and easily accessible storage. Krost says the system’s adaptability makes it suitable for both commercial and residential environments, providing customers with a durable solution that can be adapted to meet changing requirements.
In addition to the Longspan range, visitors to the Krost stand will be able to explore a comprehensive range of locally manufactured storage solutions, including heavy-duty pallet racking systems; shuttle racking; boltless shelving; wire mesh decking; industrial lockers; warehouse safety accessories; and custom-engineered storage solutions for mining and industrial applications.
Krost’s experienced technical team will be available throughout the exhibition to discuss customised storage solutions and the company’s complete turnkey service, which includes consultation, warehouse design, structural calculations, manufacturing, installation, racking inspections, maintenance and after-sales support.
Another key differentiator is Krost’s commitment to warehouse safety. Krost Shelving is one of only two organisations in South Africa registered with UK-based industry body Storage Equipment Manufacturers’ Association- (SEMA-) as approved racking inspectors.
“This internationally recognised accreditation enables Krost to carry out professional racking inspections and safety audits in line with global best practices, helping businesses maintain safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environments.”
The company adds that every storage system, manufactured at Krost’s production facility using advanced engineering software, robotics and precision manufacturing equipment, is designed for durability, safety and long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.
With projects successfully completed across South Africa and throughout Africa, Krost continues to partner with businesses and delivers “intelligent storage solutions that improve productivity, optimise space and support operational efficiency”.
The company asserts that EMA 2026 provides the ideal platform for it to demonstrate how innovative engineering and locally manufactured storage solutions can help businesses meet the evolving demands of modern industry.
Visitors are invited to meet the Krost team at its stand, where they can experience the new Longspan Shelving System, learn more about Krost’s comprehensive range of solutions and discover why the company has remained a trusted name in industrial storage for 60 years.
