Laserpas Ensures Customer Satisfaction and Environmental Responsibility
Laserpas, an aerial power grid inspection service provider, has just received certifications stating that it follows business practices that are both customer and environmentally friendly. This month Laserpas received ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification means that Laserpas meets the newest set of the ISO 9001 quality management systems requirements. The ISO 9001 quality management system focuses on meeting customer’s expectations and delivering customer satisfaction by ensuring that companies pay close attention to customers. This certification will allow all of Laserpas’s clients to be certain that Laserpas will use business practices that keep clients at the utmost priority.
The ISO 14001:2015 certification shows that Laserpas utilizes the business practices set out in the ISO 14001 standard for an effective environmental management system. To receive ISO 14001 certification a company must follow a Plan-Check-Do-Review-Improve cycle. The Check cycle checks and corrects errors. The Do cycle is the implementation and operation of the ISO 14001 standard within an organization. The Review cycle is a review of the entire process by the organization's top management.
The Improve cycle never ends as an organization continually finds ways to improve their environmental management system. This certification shows that Laserpas takes environmental responsibility seriously and takes measure to lessen its negative impact on the environment.
Laserpas CEO Mantas Vaskela stated, “Although these qualities are something that have always been at the heart of our business practice, we knew these certifications would assure all of our clients and potential clients that Laserpas places grave importance on customer satisfaction and doing all we can to protect the environment.”
