Kwatani is Africa’s leading OEM  producing  engineered  vibratory  equipment. The 44-year old South African OEM is recognised for its world-class engineering and ISO 9001:2015 certified large-scale manufacturing capability. Kwatani is a Level 1 BBBEE accredited South African company.

Kwatani’s core differentiator is its ability to custom engineer vibrating equipment to meet the unique needs of the application and to fit any given footprint at the lowest cost of ownership. The company has supplied an extensive vibrating screen and feeder population of +16 000 vibrating screens and feeders across commodities in +44 countries.

Kwatani subjects all its vibrating equipment to rigorous tests in its in-house test facility; enabling customers to achieve a continuous supply of production tonnage while protecting assets and reducing the total cost of ownership.  Each design is subjected to Finite Element Analysis as a standard procedure to verify engineering integrity tests.

Kwatani’s engineering, manufacturing and materials testing laboratory facility, covering
17 000m2, located close to the international airport in Johannesburg, allows the OEM to undertake large-scale global projects. Local sourcing and manufacturing ensures toptimal quality control and sustainable pricing.

All spare parts including drives and repairs are provided by the OEM’s accredited partners strategically located across Africa, Europe, Australia, North and South America and supported locally by certified service technicians and advanced-degreed engineers.

Kwatani’s vibrating equipment can weigh up to as much as 54   tonnes offering a material throughput of up to 7000 tph. The largest screens are up to 4.3 m wide or 13 m long. Kwatani offers a comprehensive screening range of linear, elliptical, gyratory, circular and resonance motion screens tailored to each unique coarse to fine screening application to separate wet or dry materials across multiple decks.  Our vibrating screens are available in horizontal, inclined/decline and multi-slope configurations. Kwatani’s feeders include linear and elliptical VGF grizzly feeders, brute force feeders up to 4.8 m wide and magnetic feeders for batch feeding.

Kwatani’s premium heavy-duty exciter gearboxes are engineered and manufactured in-house to stringent quality standards  as well  as unbalanced  motors  in  partnership  with  the oldest OEM of vibrator motors in Europe.
