Aim-listed Kore Potash says the financial proposal for the full construction cost of the Kola potash project, as well as the Dougou Extension potash project in Congo-Brazzaville, will be finalised soon.

The company has advised that contractual terms between itself, the Summit Consortium, with which Kore has a memorandum of understanding, and the consortium’s engineering partner Sepco Electric Power Construction Corporation, are being negotiated.

Following these negotiations, Kore can accept the engineering, procurement and construction proposal from Sepco for the construction of the Kola project, as well conclude the financing proposal.
