The Electricity Authority of Cyprus, based in Nicosia, assigns to Ingeteam the supply of photovoltaic inverters for the island of Cyprus.
Spain, 03 February 2014.

Ingeteam, world leader in power electronics and electric engineering, has won the international tender launched by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus to supply 175 INGECON SUN 3 TL inverters, belonging to the Lite family, with an output power of 3 kW. This project represents a significant step forward in the growth of Ingeteam and is perfectly in line with the internationalization strategy pursued by the company, which is further strengthening its presence in the Mediterranean area, one of the most important markets for photovoltaic installations. Single-phase transformerless INGECON SUN 3 TL Lite inverters are designed to be installed on different types of structures (houses, buildings, large photovoltaic systems) and are designed to comply with the regulations in force in the different international markets.

Moreover, INGECON SUN Lite inverters are suitable to be installed both indoor and outdoor, thanks to an aluminium cover allowing endurance even of the most extreme temperatures. Easy to install and even easier to maintain, these PV inverters are guaranteed for more than 10 years and allow monitoring the photovoltaic system data, thanks to a default dedicated software. To date, Ingeteam has supplied more than 3.5 GWp to its customers, positioning itself as one of the main manufacturers of solar inverters in the world.
