JSE-listed Impala Platinum (Implats) has acquired further shares in Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat).
The company has concluded agreements to acquire a further 604 604 RBPlat shares, constituting about 0.21% of the RBPlat shares in issue.

Following this, Implats will hold about 37.83% of RBPlat shares in issue.
