PERTH (miningweekly.com) – Junior Iltani Resources has started trading on the ASX following a A$5-million initial public offering (IPO).

The company is focused on critical minerals and base metals exploration with a portfolio of exploration projects in Queensland and Tasmania.

Funds raised during the IPO will be used to advance exploration on these project areas, including the Herberton project in Far North Queensland, where focus would initially be on the Orient silver/lead/zinc/indium/antimony project.

“Now we can begin our exploration programme, which will deliver exciting results as we systematically explore our exceptional project portfolio,” said Iltani MD Donald Garner.

“We will commence exploration at our exciting Orient project, where we will start with a Stage 1 reverse circulation (RC) drilling programme, targeting the mineralisation at Orient East & West, followed by a geophysical exploration programme, and then we will commence a Stage 2 RC and diamond drilling programme targeting extensions to the mineralisation targeted in Stage 1 plus the deeper porphyry target.”
