For small and medium-sized buildings that include commercial offices and a retail space, the b.IoT platform can manage multiple zones efficiently. It is also able to monitor and control air purification systems in small hotels.

To ensure that Samsung also caters for the needs of customers with medium-sized to large buildings – notifications are provided to minimise energy waste caused by inefficient use of VRFs owing to an administrator’s absence or negligence.
