The mining industry offers many opportunities for employees to upskill themselves, so learn new skills and make them work for you. This is a tough industry and it will require a lot of tenacity and hard work to make it. Don’t give up and keep your eyes fixated on your dreams. Most importantly, do not sacrifice who you are.
