Flawless Engineering BESS offerings vary in size and specification, from small 100 kW systems housed in single partitioned units to multiple units making up several megawatts. All Flawless Engineering systems are fully insulated with separate battery containments, fitted with fire suppressant systems and air-conditioning. 

Inverters are equipped with airflow systems that are correctly calculated and rated for specific applications. Flawless Engineering offers tiered solutions, from basic preparation of suitable containerised solutions to fully installed and wired BESS delivered to site, ready for integration with a client’s EPC/IPC.

Flawless Engineering’s range of products and services include 3D Autodesk CAD design, stress analysis of structure integrity and product design. The company also specialises in customised steel fabrication, shipping container conversions, BESS full-service design, manufacture, electrical wiring and supply. 

Based in Cape Town on a site area of 450 m2 with 400 m2 under cover, Flawless Engineering has built and delivered 7.1 MW of inverter capacity over the past six months and is set up to fill its very strong order book for 2024.
