Southern African turbocharger distributor TurboDirect South Africa is able to provide solutions for customers during this “period of instability” in local industries, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent economic fallout.

The Level 2 broad-based black economic empowerment accredited company is able to guarantee cost savings on new, genuine original-equipment manufacturer (OEM) turbochargers – “identical to those purchased directly from the machine manufacturer”.

Moreover, the company guarantees machine uptime when using genuine OEM turbochargers, particularly when compared to other repair or service exchange solutions.

The company is the official importer and OEM for all of the genuine OEM brand turbocharger makes, including manufacturers such as Garret, BorgWarner, IHI Turbo, Mitubishi and others.

TurboDirect South Africa adds that by procuring products directly from importers like it, results in considerable savings.

The company also possesses Africa’s largest stock holding of genuine OEM brand new turbochargers, the “most advanced repair centre and the only metallurgical forensics laboratory in the turbocharger industry, in Africa, today”.

Its stock holding is large enough to be able to guarantee stable pricing for the next six months, despite the current currency volatility.
