IT Giant, Pinnacle Holding, is proud to announce the appointment of Craig Luck as Managing Director of its infrastructure arm, Datanet. Craig Luck will be taking over from Nico Steyn who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Nico has done some incredible work with Datanet and has big shoes to fill but we are more than confident that Luck will continue to deliver the top notch service that our customers have become accustomed to.

Mr Luck, who has a Metallurgical degree and a MBA from Stellenbosch, has a long history with Datanet. He started with the company in 2000 and was appointed as Managing Director of Datanet from 2003 – 2006 before taking over the running of Modrac. He has always been closely linked to the infrastructure industry and has very strong relationships with the client base. Pinnacle CEO, Louis Fourie says that the appointment is a perfect fit for Luck. “Bringing him back to Datanet seems like a logical and very smart move and we’re pretty sure we’ll see even greater things from Datanet in the near future,” he said.

Fourie also confirmed that Luck will still remain in his role as Managing Director of Modrac. “This allows us to combine the running of the infrastructure and manufacturing businesses and achieve some great synergies in these areas,” Fourie said. Luck himself is very excited about the move saying that, “It is a great privilege to once again be afforded this position within the group. I am super excited to continue the good work done by Nico and to grow our opportunities by combining all our infrastructure businesses into one comprehensive offering within Pinnacle”.
