The MTG Systems StarMet  (0.04 MB)

Company Announcement - MTG showcases its StarMet and ProMet product range, which offer increased safety and a longer wear life of mining machinery buckets. The AIMEX tradeshow held in Sydney from September 1st -4th is the perfect scenario for the Spanish company MTG to introduce the complete range of mining machinery wear products: MTG Systems StarMet and ProMet. This product range is comprised of a large number of teeth-tooth adapter systems and shrouds that provide increased safety, even in highly abrasive grounds as well as increased productivity and longer wear life of the machines.

The MTG Systems StarMet system offers optimum tooth designs for excavators and loaders based on the type of
application. All the products include the MTGtwist locking solution, a hammerless technology, which allows carrying
out the assembling and disassembling of the parts in a manner that is safer and faster, reducing the stoppage time
of the machine.

The MTG Systems ProMet wing and blade shrouds feature an extremely robust design which is ideal for heavy duty mining applications since they include up to 30% more wear material than similar products offered by competitors. Similar to StarMet teeth and tooth-adapters, the shrouds also include the hammerless MTGtwist locking system, which provides an excellent lock, and prevents losing the pins. MTG will showcase their products at stand 0316 located at the dome of AIMEX 2015 via a bladedisplay emulating an excavator lip, completely equipped with MTGs GET system.
